The Snaqs range contains products based on vegetables, fruit, seaweed, rice and nuts, vacuum fried at low temperature, to be served as snacks or as ingredients for special dishes.

Low temperature sous vide frying is a dehydration method in which moisture
inside the food it is evaporated with the oil as a heating medium. Rapid dehydration, compared to normal high-temperature cooking, better preserves the original taste and color of the food without the oil penetrating inside the food. Nutritional qualities: maximum score obtained, level A (according to the NutriScore labeling system); 100% vegan; gluten free; less than 1% salt; Preservative free; without dyes; no artificial flavors; low acrylamide content <500 ug/kg (European standards 750 ug/kg); low fat; authentic flavor of the food; authentic color of the food; authentic structure of the food; crunchy texture; shelf life: minimum 6 months; available in various formats; packaging made with 70% recycled plastic.
